Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow Placements 2023: Average Package: INR 11.52 LPA & Highest Package: INR 22 LPA

Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow or commonly known as JIM Lucknow is one of the four JIMs. JIM Lucknow placement 2023 has been concluded recently and more than 250 recruiters visited the campus and offered jobs to 265 students. Among all the recruiters, more than 110 companies visited the campus for the first time. JIM Lucknow average package stood at INR 11.52 LPA, showing a 25% rise from the previous year, and JIM Lucknow highest package stood at INR 22 LPA. JIM Lucknow placement also received 7 international offers from Indicaa Group Limited. Some of the major recruiters included HDFC Bank, Deloitte, Pwc, ICICI Bank, HCL, Eclerx, and many others who participated in the JIM Lucknow placement 2023. 

JIM Lucknow Summer Internship 2023 placement invited more than 180 recruiters with around 50 companies visiting for the first time. JIM Lucknow highest stipend stood at INR 1.2 lakh, showing a 140% increase in the highest stipend. Some of the major recruiters that participated were Dalmia, Decathlon, Axis Bank, Deloitte, Hitachi, EY, ICICI Bank, and many in the JIM Lucknow summer internship 2023.

During the 2023 placement drive of batch 2021-23, more than 250 recruiters participated and among them, 110 were first-time visitors. The average package of INR 11.52 LPA was offered to the students and the highest package witnessed was INR 22 LPA. Some of the major roles offered were Supply Chain Consulting, Business Analyst, Cyber Security, Product Development, etc, from reputed recruiters including HDFC Bank, Deloitte, PWC, ICICI Bank, HCL, Eclerx, etc.

During the placement drive of the 2020-22 batch at Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow, more than 375 recruiters participated. More than 170 students were placed. A total of 16 pre-placement offers were made to the students. Various job roles like Supply Chain Consulting, Procurement Advisory, Service Operation Analyst, etc were offered. 

The highest CTC of INR 19 LPA was offered by Silicon Labs. Students received an average package of INR 11.49 LPA.
