SIMS Pune Placements 2022: Average Package: INR 10.6 LPA & Highest Package: INR 26.5 LPA

SIMS Pune has an active placement cell that conducts placement drives. Like every year, the institute has conducted its 2022 placement drive, in which 300 students participated. All the participating students got hired.

During SIMS Pune Placements 2022, the highest salary increased by 10.4% (approximately) as compared to previous year & stood at INR 26.5 LPA. There was an increase of 20.5% in the average salary too which stood at INR 10.6 LPA. There was 110% return of investment during the 2022 placement drive.

Recruiters like Infosys, TCS, Accenture, Wipro, Cognizant, DXC Technologies, Crisil, Razorpay etc visited the campus last year.

SIMS Pune Placements 2022 Report

During SIMS Pune Placements 2022, 300 students participated. They received an average salary of INR 10.6 LPA. The highest salary offered was INR 26.5 LPA. Marketing & Human Resources were the top specializations. 

During the 2021 placement drive, 69 recruiters visited the campus. The participating batch comprised a total of 300 students. The highest & average salary stood at INR 24 LPA & INR 8.8 LPA respectively. Top 50% average salary stood at INR 9.9 LPA. The median salary was INR 8.8 LPA. 

Students received placement opportunities from reputed recruiters like Infosys, TCS, Accenture, Wipro, Cognizant, DXC Technologies, Crisil, Razorpay & many others.

During the placement drive, the highest salary was offered to the Human Resource specialization. The average salary was the highest for the students having Marketing specializations.

The 2021-23 batch of SIMS Pune comprised 312 students. The gender ratio stood at 1.5 : 1. The average age of the batch was 23 years.

Most than half of the batch were freshers who had no previous work experience. 14% students had less than 1 year of work experience, 15% of the students had work experience between 1 to 2 years, 9% of the students had work experience between 2 to 3 years, 3% students had work experience between 3 to 4 years & only 2% students had more than 4 years of work experience.
