Diploma in Elementary Education [D.El.Ed.] From Blooms College of Education, Mandi

Common Entrance Test (CET) and subsequent counseling conducted by Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education, Dharamshala shall be the only basis of admission to the course and only those candidates whose name is included in the list of selected candidates as per their performance in CET shall be allowed for admission in the college.

Candidate should have 10+2 from a recognized board in any stream.
