Jiral College is situated in the District of Dhenkanal located in between two rivers-the Brahmani and the Ramial towards South East from Kamakshyanagar and North East from Dhenkanal. Aids and Concession-

i) Free Studentship:
 Full or half free studentship is granted to 12.5% o total number of students every year on merit-cum-poverty basis on the recommendation of a Free Studentship Committee appointed by the Principal who invites applications from students wishing to avail the benefit.

ii) S.S.G. Aid:
Financial aid is extended by the Social Service Guild for a period of nine months to as many poor and deserving students as would be decided by the executive committee of the Guild. Committee constituted by the Principal for the purpose.
