The annual fest is usually conducted mostly in the month of march/April. There are plenty of books available in the library and the best thing is if you want any book which is not available you can approach the library assistant and that will be made available within the next 15 days. Classrooms are good with proper seating facilities. Sports and extracurricular activities are also organised from time to time There are almost 30-40 extra social groups and clubs which are again plus points.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and office management. I love studying Business and computer applications that's why I went for OMSP, also Economics has a great future scope so that's the reason. I went for it. My faculty has been really nice, teachers try to make us understand and cooperate. My teachers have a qualification of PHD in their subject. Even though sometimes teachers have been lazy about taking classes and assignments. We have a semester every 4-5 months and it did take some hard work to pass those exams as they were not at all easy.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

So Delhi University provides you with a student registered Id to login to the website name Samarth Du which is used by every student for every single important work such as filling out an examination form, admit card, showing results and paying fees etc. We have options available related to paying fees. We have to pay around 7900 annually through digital methods accordingly.

The campus is full of energy and offers a great atmosphere for learning and socializing. In addition to acadmic activities ,the campus offers plenty of opportunites for students to engage in extracurricular activities as well, there are many different socities as well ,student can join them if they meet their selection critera. the criteria may be different for different societies, some may have interview rounds as well. so it is advisable to read guidelines for any particular society before applying. the library of the college is quite good as well. u can get any type of book there and the staff is helpful and friendly as well. I have spent most of my time in the library, to be honest. The name of the annual fest of the college is "tide".it happens in the month of Feb/march. Me being from a covid batch so I could experience the fest for the first two years but this year it did happen and it was very good. there were many stalls and games and at the night there was a loud DJ and a huge crowd.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course as I wanted to do MBA in the future .this course allows me to study 4 different subjects. 2 of the subjects remain the same throughout 3 years but the other 2 keep on changing per semester. u get around 10-12 options every sem to choose ge and sec subjects. as far as my department is concerned the approx faculty-student ratio I can say is 1:20. for other departments, I can't comment as I don't have knowledge. well, tbh some teachers are very qualified and hardworking and take regular classes. but there are many who miss most of their classes stating different reasons. some teacher comes 15-20 mins late and finishes their classes early. so I don't rate faculty that high in my department surely there is a need to improve the faculty.

The name of my college's annual fest is TIDE which was organized recently. New talents were given the opportunity and that was amazing. A lot of books related to various fields can be explored in the library. Students and faculty members get wifi connection as well in the college and library. Separate sports areas for different sports are available. Different societies of different fields and interests are active in the college, be it the fashion society Stellar, the acting society Rangayan, debating societies, and political groups as well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The BA course is divided into 6 semesters having 4 subjects each. Faculty: student is low. Some teachers are awesome while some are just doing a favor. You need to study of course to pass the exams but don't forget to participate in extracurricular activities. Exams are not that much tough that you have to make sacrifices regarding other activities.

● Top Answer By Samar Ali on 21 Nov 22

Ans. Whether your life at JNU is hectic or not, depends mainly on your course. It’s you who has to find the balance between career, friends, fun and yourself. JNU is exceptionally safe for girls and girls can enjoy their college life by roaming around at night. Some other fun activities at JNU are: DJ parties for freshers almost every weekend During the winter semester you get hostel nights every weekend. It's a 2 day event celebrated by each hostel. First day is a cultural program, students irrespective of their hostel can take part in singing, dancing, music, band and drama to be performed on the same stage and get facilitated. On the second day the hostel throws a dinner party followed by a DJ. JNU facilities extracurricular toba great extent. Clubs like dance, drama, painting, music, mountaineering, photography and other sports make the experience a thrill. Ques. Can I apply for LLB after graduating B.A through IGNOU correspondence study?

● Top Answer By Devraj Mehta on 03 Nov 22

Ans. The eligibility criteria for various universities vary. Because IGNOU is a recognized university, you can certainly apply for admission to pursue LLB if you take the CET. The Bar Council of India does not recognize law degree programs completed through distance education, so IGNOU does not offer 3-year LLB, BA LLB, BBA LLB, or LLM programs. It should be noted that no entrance exam is required for IGNOU law programs (except for Ph.D. in Law). Candidates must simply register for IGNOU law programs by completing the application form and submitting their application fee, as well as the course fee.Read more

Ques. Is there a semester system in IGNOU for BA courses?

● Top Answer By Anil Karki on 28 Oct 22

Ans. No, there is no semester system in IGNOU for BA courses. In IGNOU students are enrolled in two cycles (January and June). The submission of assignments and TEE (Term End Examination) is scheduled once a year. Although assignments can be submitted only once a year, there is a high chance that if you fail to appear in May or December TEE, you can appear for that particular subject on another cycle. For example, you enrolled in this course in 2021. If you wish to appear for June 2022 TEE, you are required to submit the assignments by March 30 2022. If you fail to appear or pass the TEE, you can appear for the same exam in December 2022.Read more
