- Candidates must have obtained at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidate ) either in the Bachelor’s Degree and or the Master’s Degree or any other qualification equivalent.
- General and OBC category candidates must not be more than 35 years old(40 years for SC/ST candidates).
- Candidates must have studied Bengali/English/History/Physical Science/Life Science/Geography/Mathematics at the UG/PG level.
- Deputed candidates must have at least 2 years of teaching experience in Government Aided Schools.
