Muthayammal Engineering College (MCE), Namakkal was established in 2000 and is running under the aegis of Muthayammal Educational Trust and Research Foundation. The college is affiliated to Anna University. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (A.I.C.T.E) and accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The college offers undergraduate, postgraduate and Ph.D. Courses. The main objective of the college is to prepare students with high professional skills and ethical value. In our college, we are not having any addmission process. it will not have any entrance and it only requires some details of the students and we can find them apply in our college through the faculties who are working there
Admission:
Tamil Nadu government counseling fills out applications. The remaining applications are processed on a merit basis, with forms available for purchase at the college itself. The application fee is Rs. 100.

Candidate must have completed B.E./B. Tech or its equivalent degree in a relevant branch of engineering with minimum 50% marks from any recognized university. The candidate should have passed in 10+2 system of Education. Must have secured a pass in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the qualifying examination. UG programs, candidates must apply online for TANCET and TNEA respectively.

Admission is very easy for the new comer or fresher to the college and the way of their approach the students and their parents are good and they provide good coordination to the administration too. The admission process is too easy for newcomers and the counselling process is too easy.
