Key Points:

If the candidates have not studied the subject of choice in the qualifying examination, the marks of English will be added with the marks of three best subjects.
Candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories applying for Honours must have scored an aggregate of 40% marks in 10+2 with 50% marks in the subject of choice OR, an aggregate of 45% marks.
OBC category candidates must have an aggregate of 50% marks OR 45% marks in aggregate with 55% in the related subject.
Marks of Environmental Science are not considered for the calculation of merit.
Candidates with a gap of more than 3 years are not eligible to apply.
Candidate can apply for a maximum of 3 Honours subjects and a General course in one application form.

Mathabhanga College Application Process 2023

Mathabhanga College has an online mode of application processing. Therefore, candidates seeking admission in the college must apply online at the official website of the college. Candidates also need to register separately with the University of North Bengal. The candidates from Boards other than WBCHSE must register with the University on a provisional basis and submit the Migration Certificate for successful registration.

Fill the online application form correctly by specifically mentioning the course of choice.
Submit the completely filled application form and pay INR 200 (for Honours) and INR 100 (for General) online through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net-banking.
After successful payment, they must download the submitted application form.
