Arul Anandar College is a minority Catholic co-educational institution established in the year 1970 as De La Salle College at Karumathur, Madurai but later rechristened as Arul Anandar in 1972. It is an autonomous body affiliated to Madurai Kamaraj University.
The college offers BA, BA (Self-Financed), B.Sc., B.Sc. (Self-Financed), B.Com (Self-Financed) and BBA (Self-Financed) at UG level. At PG level, Arul Anandar College offers MA (Aided), M.Sc. (Self-Financed) and MCA (Self-Financed).
- To apply for all the UG courses, students must have passed 10+2 examination from recognized board.
- Admission to UG courses is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.
- For PG courses, candidates must pass in graduation degree in relevant discipline from recognized university.

Arul Anandar College offers three-year of BA, BA (Self-Financed), B.Sc., B.Sc. (Self-Financed), B.Com (Self-Financed) and BBA (Self-Financed) at UG level. Candidates who have passed HSC from a government recognized board along with the concerned subject of admission are eligible to apply for admission in UG courses.

Arul Anandar College Application Process 2023
Candidates who seek admission in any of the UG, PG and diploma courses can obtain the application form at the college office. After filling the application form correctly, candidates must send the application form by post or in person to the college on or before the last date for submission.
Scanned copies of following documents are required for filling the form: -
- Marksheets of 10th /10+2/Degree level.
- Latest passport size photograph and signature
Note: Document verification charges would be applicable for those who have passed 10+2 from boards other than Tamil Nadu State Higher Secondary Certificate Board.
