Vimala college is a roman catholic college located in Thrissur city of Kerala state, India for women. The college was established in 1967, bifurcated from St. Mary’s College and affiliated to the University of Calicut. The college is accredited by NAAC and approved by UGC. Vimala college offers 18 UG and 13 PG programmes along with other certificate and short-term courses and is a Centre for Research in English, Physics, Commerce, Social work, and Economics. Vimala college offers admission in UG, PG, Integrated, and Ph.D. programmes in the field of Arts, Science, Paramedical, Commerce and Banking, Management, IT, Performing Arts, Pharmacy, Design, Hotel Management, Media & Mass Communication and Vocational.
