Some of the facilities provided by the college include:Library: The College library was established with the establishment of the college in 1971. The total area of the library was 4000 sq. ft. It has been transferred to the ground floor due to increasing space demand.Canteen: The canteen is run by Shree Mahila Vikas Sangh(Vasai). Healthy and nutritious food are always available. Special Room for staff is provided.Gymkhana: There is various gyming equipment made available for the students. Different playing items are available to the students for enjoyment and to refresh their minds.Sports Ground: The College ground is used for the different inter-college fest to happen and for outdoor sports.Laboratories: These include laboratories for Physics, Biology, Computers, Biotechnology, and Chemistry.The Rajani Hall (Auditorium)

The college follows the admission procedure as per University norms. An Admission Committee of teachers spearheads the admission procedure in the college. The college adheres to the admission schedule sent by the University. The fees charged are also as per University guidelines only, with concessions given to the Reserved Category students. Eligibility Criteria

The basic eligibility for admission to any of the B.Com. programs is a pass in Higher Secondary School Examination with Maths and English as core subjects. However, different universities release cut offs. Cut offs largely depend on the performance of students in the 10+2 exams and the number of qualified students applying to the course. Though, there is no work experience required for the course, students with work experience can also apply.
