Non NET/SET candidates that meet the eligibility criteria as per UGC norms have to appear for a written test called the Research Eligibility Test at EIILM.
The syllabus for the test consists of 50% of the Research Methodology and the rest 50% shall be subject-specific.
Shortlisted candidates shall appear for Viva-Voce that will be conducted at EIILM along with all NET/SET/MPhil qualified students.
A 5% relaxation of marks will be granted to candidates from special categories, in order to qualify as eligible.
