SPPSPTM Placements 2021: Average Package: INR 7.7 LPA & Highest Package: INR 13.02 LPA

SPPSPTM has a dedicated placement cell that conducts placement drives every year & also provides placement assistance to its students. The institute has recently released the 2021 final placement report. According to the report, the highest salary stood at INR 13.02 LPA. The average salary stood at INR 7.7 LPA & INR 6.9 LPA for the M.Pharm-MBA & B.Pharma-MBA students respectively. 

During SPPSPTM Summer Internship Placements 2022, the highest stipend stood at INR 75 K per month. B.Pharm-MBA students received an average stipend of 33 K per month & M.Pharm-MBA students received an average stipend of INR 15 K per month.

SPPSPTM Placements 2021 Report

During SPPSPTM Placements 2021, the highest salary offered was INR 13.02 LPA. M.Pharm-MBA students received an average salary of INR 7.7 LPA. 

Analytics, Consulting, Market Research were the top job roles offered. MT was the top designation offered during the 2021 placement drive. 

Reputed recruiters like Abbott, Borosil, Cognizant, EY, HDFC Life, Indegene, Inventia, OAKNET Healthcare etc visited the campus.

SPPSPTM Placements 2021 Course - Wise

During the 2021 placement drive at SPPSPTM campus, the highest salary stood at INR 13.02 LPA for both M.Pharm-MBA & B.Pharm-MBA courses. M.Pharm-MBA average salary was 11.6% higher than the B.Pharm average salary. Top 10% & top 20% average salary was also higher for the M.Pharm-MBA batch. 

Analytics, Consulting, Market Research were the top job profiles offered during the M.Pharm-MBA placement drive & Consulting was the top job profile offered during the B.Pharm-MBA placement drive.

The highest number of placement offers were made to the Analytics, Consulting, Market research job profiles (53%) followed by the Sales, Marketing, BD job profiles (28%).

During the 2021 placement drive, the highest salary & average salary declined as compared to the last year. The highest salary declined from INR 13.03 LPA to INR 13.02 LPA. Average salary declined from INR 8 LPA to INR 7.7 LPA. But, the top 10% & 20% average salary increased by 23.6% & 15.7% respectively.

Sales, Marketing & BD were the top job profiles in 2020 & Analytics, Consulting, Market Research were the top job profiles in 2021.

During the B.Pharm-MBA placement drive, the highest salary offered was INR 13.02 LPA. Students received an average salary of INR 6.9 LPA. Top 10% average salary stood at INR 8.9 LPA & top 20% average salary stood at INR 8.3 LPA.

During the 2021 placement drive, Consulting was the top job profile & MT was the top designation.

The highest number of placement offers were made to the Consulting job profiles (31%) followed by the Sales & Marketing job profiles (29%).

During SPPSPTM Summer Internship Placements 2022, the participating batch comprised 55% female students & 45% male students. B.Pharm-MBA students received an average stipend of INR 33 K per month. The highest stipend stood at INR 75 K per month. 

Students received internship opportunities from recruiters like Abbott, Cipla, Biocon, Glenmark, Impact Guru, HCL, Inventia.

The highest stipend offered was INR 75 K per month which was bagged by B.Pharm-MBA students. M.Pharm-MBA highest stipend stood at INR 50 K per month. Average stipend stood at INR 33 K per month for the B.Pharm-MBA students & INR 15 K per month for the M.Pharm-MBA students.
