SOIL Gurugram Placements 2022: Highest Package: 19 LPA & Average Package: 11 LPA

SOIL Institute of Management, Gurgaon, Haryana placement 2023 has been concluded. As of the interim placement reports, the SOIL highest package offered was 19 LPA and the average package stood at INR 11 LPA. With the latest figures, the ROI has been inferred to be 152%. In comparison to last year, the highest CTC figures have increased substantially in 2022 at SOIL Gurgaon.

As we can see in the highlights table, the SOIL PGPM 2022 batch was placed during campus placement. Despite the pandemic scenario, 43 companies visit the SOIL campus. SOIL highest CTC offered was INR 19 LPA whereas the average CTC was offered INR 11 LPA. SOIL Average CTC of the top 10%, 20%, and 50% are INR 16.67 LPA, INR 15.25 LPA, and INR 13.23 LPA respectively.
