Calcutta Media Institute Admissions

The candidates can apply to CMI courses through online mode or can download the application form available on the official website of the college. Candidates can also collect the CMI application form available at the campus. The application fee is INR 500 for PGDMM program to be paid at the time of submitting the admission form along with all the necessary documents. The candidates can complete an online payment after submitting the form or pay during the submission of credentials during the admission process. 

For admission to all other programs offered at CMI Kolkata, the application form is free of cost. The selection for each course varies and depends on the performance of their last qualifying examinations. The candidates applying for PG programs of CMI will be selected on the basis of Group Discussion followed by Personal Interview Round.

Documents to be submitted (PGDMM):

• Photograph (preferably stamp size coloured)
• Proof of date of birth
• Proof of address
• Proof of educational qualification (copies of mark sheets Class X onwards)
• Copy of registration certificate of University of Calcutta (for CU graduates)
• Graduates of Universities other than Calcutta have to obtain a migration certificate from their graduating university and register at University of Calcutta, if selected for this course.
