GIMS Gadag Admission 2024: Dates, Courses, Cutoff, Eligibility Criteria & Selection

Candidates can obtain the application form in offline mode through the official website of the college. They are required to download the form and submit the application form along with the required documents at the institution. However, candidates must register at the official website of the KCET or NEET UG to appear for entrance examination.

How to Apply

• Visit the website of the college and click on the link for admission form for MBBS course.
• Download the application form in the PDF format and fill in the required details.
• Submit the duly filled formed along with the required documents at the institution’s office at:

Documents required to be attached along with the application form:

• Requisition letter addressed to the Principal, GIMS requesting admission to MBBS.
• Form I and Form II (Proforma Enclosed)
• CET Allotment order
• CET Result Card
• Admit Card and Counselling letter (Applicable for NEET-UG students)
• Original Challan of fee payment
• Class 10th Marksheet and Passing Certificate
• Class 12th Marksheet and Passing Certificate
• Eligibility Certificate (applicable for students claiming reservation under Hyderabad-Karnataka region)
• Transfer Certificate
• Character Certificate from the Institute/College last attended
• Caste Certificate
• Income Certificate (In case employed)
• Domicile Certificate (For students outside Karnataka)
• Eligibility Certificate from RGUHS (applicable for students other than from Karnataka PU board)
• Migration Certificate (if passed Class 12th from any board other than Karnataka PU board)
• Physical fitness certificate obtained from GIMS teaching District or Hospital Surgeon
• Regional Language and English translated Caste Certificate
• Recently clicked Passport size photograph and Signature (size should not be more than 40kb)
• Caste Certificate (size should not be more than 150kb)
• Marksheet and Passing Certificate of Class X
• Marksheet and Passing Certificate of Class XII
• Four recently clicked Passport size photograph

Note: The candidates are required to mention their name and date of taking the photograph behind the passport size photographs.
