1. Visit the official website of the college, fill-up the application form,
2. You can pay Online using your Credit Card/Debit Card.
3. After successful payment, you will be redirected to university website for the confirmation of completion of application process.
4. Download and take a printout of application copy.
5. Select Payment through Demand Draft (if you wish to pay through Demand Draft) and download/print the admission form.
6. Applicant should send/ Submit the form in person to the following address along with the Demand Draft of INR 500 drawn in name of “CSREM TRUST, Payable at Bhubaneswar”:

7. Mention the Name of applicant, Application Number (if application is filled-up online) and Contact Number on the back side of the Demand Draft.
8. Once the application form is submitted, it will be processed within 5 days and the students will be intimated to visit the college campus (for Group Discussion and Personal interview) along with the following documents (Original) and Stipulated admission fees:

• 10^th and 10+2-mark sheet along with the passing certificate.
• Migration and Character Certificate.
• UG Degree Mark Sheet.
• Entrance Exam Admit Card.
• Entrance Exam Fee Receipt.
• Entrance Exam Score Card.
• 5 Coloured Photographs.
• Medical Certificate.

Note: Admission form can also be obtained from the University campuses by making a payment of INR 500/- in cash or through Demand Draft.
