Footwear Design and Development Institute Facilities

Shoe Designing & Pattern Cutting: The PDC develops its own design collection (Last shape, concept on design, material, color, and accessories along with the prototype samples) for the industry on demand.

CAM: FDDI’s PDC is well equipped with modern software for Footwear Designing & Grading. The software used is one of the most advanced software in the field of footwear designing & grading, students trained on this software caters to the need of the industry.

Sample Development: The PDC is backed by the services of a well-equipped sample room, which supports transforming designs into the product. Designs developed by the PDC are tested for its fittings, aesthetic taste, proportions, and other costing aspects. The sample room also provides sampling services to those entrepreneurs who do not have in-house facilities for sample developments. Tin pattern service is also provided by the sample room.
