Maharani Kasiswari College Admission 2024: TimeTable, Application Form, Merit List

Admission forms of Maharani Kasiswari College will be available in online mode only. Once the form is submitted, candidates will have to wait for the notification through the official website regarding the e-counselling process and the merit list and whether they have been shortlisted or not for the admission process based on their eligibility.

Here are the steps to apply:

• Visit the official website of the college and click on “Online Admission” then “Application Procedure”.
• Read all the instructions and then click on “Apply Online”.
• Two options will appear - “Apply in Honors” and “Apply in General”, select the program you want to apply in
• Candidates have to fill up the form and upload a recent passport size photograph.
• Check that all details mentioned in the form are correct.
• Click on “Submit” to submit the application form.
• Candidates must submit the application fee through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking or through e-challan.
• After complete submission of the application form along with the application fee, take a print out of the application form and fee receipt for future reference.
• Candidates Application ID will be mentioned on the top of the application form. This will act as a username during the counselling process.

e-Counselling

• Visit the official website.
• Provisional and final merit list will be displayed on its official website.
• Log in with Application ID and password(DOB).
• Candidates have to fill and confirm online option form with preferences of courses.
• Seat Allotment will be entirely based on the merit list and availability of seats.
• After seat allotment, candidates will have to report to the college for document verification and payment of Academic fees.

Documents required for admission:

• Print out of Bank Challan generated after successful online submission of the form.
• Print out of duly filled-in Application Form with photograph pasted on.
• Mark-sheet (original as well as one unattested photocopy) of Class XII examination.
• Age-verification certificate i.e. Class X mark sheet or equivalent (original as well as the attested photocopy).
• Original Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC (from competent authority)
• Original Physically challenged certificate (if applicable)
• Family Income Certificate from competent authority in the original
• Three Recent Stamp size color photographs.
• Candidates must be accompanied by her guardian (with I-card) while taking admission.
• Photocopies of all testimonials (as mentioned above).

Note: Name/Application Number on the merit list does not guarantee admission. Admissions are closed once the total number of seats available in the college/subject are filled up.
