- Library: A well-equipped fully air-conditioned library consisting of a versatile array of Textbooks, Reference books, Journals, CD’s relevant to Architecture, and all other fields like Design, Scientology, Biographies, General Knowledge, etc is available.
- Material Library: The material Library comprises samples of various building materials, small-scale models of sanitary fixtures and fittings, and other materials utilized in construction.
- Workshops: The college organizes multiple workshops such as modern page making workshops, carpentry, etc.
- Auditorium: It has a seating capacity of 500.
