- In order to participate in the Centralised Admission Process. Candidates should fill the Maharashtra Polytechnic Admission Form.
- Application Forms are filled through online mode only.
- Counseling for admission is conducted by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra.

There is the availability of different types of Scholarships in this college for its students. Scholarships are provided to the students as per the criteria of eligibility. Details about the Scholarships are as per the following :
- Students belonging to the Sc/St category can apply for a 100% scholarship on Tuition Fee. The only criteria are that their Family Income should be less than 2.5 Lakhs/Annum.
- Students belonging to [EWS] Economically Weaker Section are provided 100% Scholarship on Tuition fee. But to apply for this scholarship, their Family Income should be less than INR 8 LPA. The EWS seats are allocated as per the merit list prepared.

Following are the facilities provided by the college to fulfill the requirements of the students:-
- Laboratories: The campus has different labs for all the courses provided. All the labs are equipped with the best of equipment.
- Library: The college library is equipped with all the material required by the students. There are a total of 120 seats and they are also facilitated with computers.
- Extra-Curricular Activities: Many activities are organized in the college for the overall development of Students. Sports events, quiz competitions, and project exhibitions are some of them.

Navjeevan Education Society's Polytechnic consists of a team of well qualified and highly professional faculty members. It consists of a total of 45 Lectures working in the college under the supervision of the Principal, Dr. Ajay Bhoir, who is himself a gold medalist in M.Tech and a Ph.D. holder.
Out of the total 45 Lectures. 38 lecturers have a Teaching Experience of 5 to 10 years. While the other 7 Lectures have Teaching Experience of more than 10 years.
