NIRDPR Hyderabad Admission 2023: Courses, Fees, Application, Last Date to Apply, Eligibility, Selection Process

NIRDPR offers one year full time residential course Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development Management. Candidate mjust qualify the All India test condcuted by NIRDPR to be eligible for the priogram. CAT / XAT / MAT / CMAT / ATMA / GMAT score cards also acceptable. 

Shorltisted candidates based on the scores submitted, will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Reservation of seats are followed as per the norms of Governmemt of India. i.e;

• 10% of the seats are reserved for Economically Weaker Section(GEN-EWS), 
• 15% for the Scheduled Caste, 7.5% for Scheduled Tribe (ST) 
• 27% for the Other Backward Classes belonging to the “ Non Creamy layer”. 
• And 5% reservations for Persons with Disabilities in each category.

Final year students who are able to complete documentation before 15th June 2020 are also eligible to apply 

NIRDPR offers 2 years full time residential course Post Graduate Diploma in Managemnet – Rural Management or PGDM-RM. The programme is AICTE approved and is divided into trimesters.

How to Apply for PGD-RM & PGDM in National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj?

Candidates need to apply online via online portal for registration. Last date for online submission is 10-04-2020.

Documents Required

• Valid registration/application number of any Management admission entrance test
• Valid and active E-mail id
• Valid mobile number for verification and future contact
• Demand draft of INR 400 for general category and INR 200 for reserved category

NIRDPR offers 18 months of post-graduation diploma courses

• Post graduation Diploma in Sustainable Rural Development (PGDSRD), 
• Post Graduation Diploma in Tribal Development Management (PGDTDM). 
• Post Graduation Diploma in Geo-Spatial Technology Applications in Rural Development (PGDGARD)

The programs are correspondence course that is approved by AICTE. Proficiency in English is a pre-condition for admission

Course fee

• For PGDSRD, PGDTDM program, the total fee for General and OBC candidates is INR 10000/- and for SC/ST/PH students, the fees will be INR 9000/- .
• For PGDGARD program, the total fee for General and OBC category of students, the total fee is INR 12000/- and for SC/ST/PH students, the fees will be INR 10000/-
• The fees need to be deposited online in two equal instalments i.e. on commencement of first and second semester respectively
• Sponsored candidates need to deposit the entire fee at the time of admission itself
• For NRI students, the total fee is US $ 1700, which needs to be deposited online at the time of admission itself

How to Apply for Post Graduate Diploma in National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj?

Admission notifications are released in the month of September/October. Candidates need to follow following steps for availing admissions:

• Candidates need to download the brochure from the official website
• Apply online through the link given
• For General/OBC students, application fee is INR 500 and for SC/ST/PH candidates the fee is 300, that needs to be paid via online payment gateway
• Submit the form along with fees and supporting educational documents required before the last date
• Applications will be screened by the authority and selected students will receive printed study materials

Note:

• If selected, candidates will be intimated over E-mail/ post individually. 
• The merit list of finally selected candidates will be displayed in the Institute's Website.
• Students need to pay the fee within the given date and furnish the scanned copies of dicuments and certificates of the proigram. If the candidates do not proiduce that withun the given schdduke of admission, their candidate will be considered cancelled. 
• Applications will be screened by the authority and selected students will receive printed study materials.

NIRDPR in association with University of Hyderabad jointly offers 1 year’s correspondence course Diploma programme on Panchayati Raj Governance & Rural Development or DP-PRGRD. The courses is divided into two semesters with 28 credits in total. The medium of instructions will be English.

Course fee

• The total course fee is INR 10000/-
• The fees need to be deposited online in two equal instalments i.e. on commencement of first and second semester respectively
• For NRI students, the total fee is US $ 1700, which needs to be deposited online at the commencement of first semester itself

National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj DP-PRGRD Eligibility

• A candidate must be a graduate in any discipline for taking admission
• Current and former elected representatives & officials of PRIs are eligible to apply
• Existing trainers associated with SIRDPRs and partnership institutions of NIEDPR are eligible to apply
• Government officials (retired and working), NGO executives as well as academicians, students interested in PR governance are eligible to apply

National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj DP-PRGRD Selection Criteria

Selection for the program is done on the basis of the marks scored in the graduation level. Based on the marks scored and relevant exoerience the cadidate holds, he/she will be intimated regarding theior selected status. Once the candidate is skected they need to complete the admission process within the mentioned schedule in the selection letter.

• Eligible candidates need to apply online on the official website
• Upload attested photocopies of mark sheets, degree certificate and other required educational documents along with filled application form
• For General/OBC students, application fee is INR 500 and for SC/ST/PH candidates the fee is 300, that needs to be paid via online payment gateway
• Submit the form
• Selected candidates will be informed via post and also be displayed on NIRDPR website
• Candidates need to pay the fees within the given timeframe
• Document verification will be done at the time of contact classes till then it will be considered provisional
