What does a pharmacy technician do?

Under the supervision of a pharmacist, the pharmacy technicians give medicines to the patients (prescription-based or over-the-counter). Other works they do are providing proper information to patients and doctors regarding medicine and supervise other pharmacy staff.

Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission to the program must fulfill following Criteria:-

Academic Requirement:

10+2 from Board of School Education, Haryana or equivalent examination from a Recognized board/University, pass marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics.
Admission in D.Pharmacy Course are made on the basis of Inter-se-merit/rank prepared on the basis of %age of qualifying examination through online off-campus counseling by Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES). Order of the merit shall be decided on basis of %age of aggregate marks obtained in qualifying examination in Chemistry, Physics, Biology/Mathematics and English. 75% of the seats shall be filled by the HSTES and rest of 25% shall be filled by the management on the basis of merit of the marks in the qualifying examination.
