Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Chemical Engineering) From ICAS, Manipal

Students who meet the below mentioned criteria are eligible for the ICAS program:

• Pass 10+2 (CBSE, ICSE, ‘A’ Levels, IB, HSC, OSSD, American High School Diploma or equivalent examination.
• Minimum of 60% (aggregate) or ‘C’ grade in English, Physics and Mathematics with Chemistry or Biology or Computer Science or Biotechnology or Electronics as optional subjects in the 12th standard.
• Students from Non-English medium of instruction are eligible to apply if the obtain a score of above 90 in the TOEFL exam.
• Diploma holders (after 10th) are not eligible for the program.

The International Centre for Applied Sciences (ICAS), Manipal offers a unique International Engineering Program where the students can complete their first two years of Engineering at Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), India and the next two years in a premium university in USA / UK / Australia / UAE/ Malaysia/ Germany etc.

• Tuition fees for Year 3 and 4 will depend on the university to which the student will transfer. The above mentioned figures are approximate.
• The first year fee for Aviation/Aerospace will be 4, 65,000 and the remaining years fees will be based on the university to which the student is transferred.
• Students not opting for the international transfer can continue 3 year of study at Manipal and on its completion will be awarded B.Sc. (Applied Science) degree. They have to pay the third year tuition fee as prescribed by the University from time to time
• Students opting for Aerospace/Aviation/Aeronautical streams only can take credit transfer after the first year. All the other students are required to complete 2 years of study at ICAS before getting their Credits transferred to foreign Universities.
