- Central Laboratory: The college has a well-equipped Central Research Laboratory with 6 other laboratories with working tables. There is a preparation room as well that is given for all laboratories.

- JIMSH Central Library: The central library has 17 departmental libraries. The library is well equipped with books, journals, theses, WHO publications, CD ROMs and internet services. The library consists of 40 computers, 8 for faculty and 9 for students.
- Sports and Games: The college provides outdoor and Indoor sports facilities to its students. There is a volleyball court, lawn tennis, football & cricket ground. Apart from this, there are indoor games as well like table tennis, carrom & chess for both boys and girls. The college also conducts Inter and Intra college matches every year.
- Cafeteria: The college consists of modern cafeterias with catering facilities available for both students and faculty. No preservatives and Colours are used while cooking the food.
- Hostel Facility: Separate hostels for boys and girls are provided by the college. It has both AC/Non-AC facilities available with 24x7 power backup and security. The hostel also has a common room with a TV and recreational facilities.
- Demo Room: Every department has a demo room with a seating capacity of 75 students each. It is equipped with audio-visual aids and 24-hour CCTV surveillance.
