Birla Institute of Technology & Science offers WILP (Work Integrated Learning Programs) in distance mode. Under this initiative, BITS pilani offers courses including MTech, Btech, MBA and MSc, and certificate courses as well for working professionals. The WILP courses offered by BITS pilani are offered in distance learning mode and are UGC approve.

- Sign up using your email ID and password and complete below mentioned 4 steps one by one.
- Step 1 - Fill the detailed application form.
- Step 2 - Download the PDF copy of your application.
- Step 3 - Pay an Application Fee of INR 1,500 using Netbanking/Debit Card/Credit Card.
- Save a printout of the downloaded Application Form and Application Form Number with you handy.
- Duly signed Employer Consent Form and Mentor Consent Form is required for every candidate irrespective of the course they are enrolling in. And employees doing WFH can request a written approval over mail as well from HR in the format accepted by college.
- Step 4 - Upload the self-attested copies of all documents, mark sheets and certificates in either DOC/DOCX/PDF/ZIP or JPEG format.
- After step 4, the Admissions Cell of BITS will verify the application form and documents submitted by applicants.
- At last, selected candidates are informed within 2 weeks of application submission over mail and this all they can also by logging in to the Online Application Centre of college.
