Eligibility Criteria
A candidate should have passed the Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree of Pune University or of any other University recognized by this University, with at least 50% marks and should have offered at least one school subject at the first and/or second degree level as principal or subsidiary or allied or optional subject.
(School subject means the subject included in the syllabus of secondary/higher secondary level in Maharashtra State.) Relaxation of 5% marks will be given to the candidates belonging to S.C. & S.T. and other notified categories as per government rules.
Selection Procedure
Admission to the eligible candidates will be given as per the selection procedure laid down by the State Government of Maharashtra from time to time C.E.T. examination is conducted by the Directorate of Higher Education for which every student has to appear.
