Established in 1950, Chaudhary Mahadev Prasad Degree College often abbreviated to CMPC is one of the oldest colleges of India. Earlier undertaken by the ‘Kayastha Pathshala’, Asia’s biggest trust is now affiliated to the University of Allahabad. It imparts education in the fields of Arts, Science, Commerce, and Law. CMP College Allahabad Admission

Admissions to under graduation programs are done on the basis of under graduation admission test (UGAT). Similarly, the college conducts the P.G admission test (PGAT) and LAT for law admissions. These exams are conducted in Mumbai and Bangalore apart from Prayagraj.

Fill the application form for the entrance exam that is available on the website of University of Allahabad and the website of CMP college with the preference of exam mode(online or offline)
Appear for the exam. If qualified, a counseling session is organized by the University of Allahabad followed by a personal interview.

Yes, there is a scholarship offered by the college that we receive at the time of exams. The scholarship amount is greater than our fees, and we are happy to receive this offer. We can avail of this offer by filling out a form.
There is an annual fest conducted in October, and a tech fest conducted on 28 February, which is the science day. There are over 20,000 books and journals in the library. The amenities are good. Sports teams have their co-curricular activities.
There are no hostel facilities in the college campus. Chaudhary Mahadev Prasad PG College does not provide any hostel facilities. However, in Allahabad University, there are many hostels. If you are a student of AU, you may opt for hostels.
I like everything about my college, and I am proud to say that I am a student of this college.

Faculty is also not very qualified; they experience difficulties when speaking and writing simple English.
In my college, some companies visited for placements, such as the agriculture department for BSc agriculture students.
The fee is not too high; even poor students can pay it because it is affiliated with a central university. I receive a stipend from the UP government scholarship, but there is no financial assistance or job opportunities.
Everything needs to be properly improved, such as hygiene facilities in washrooms. The library is in horrible condition; books are not available on time.
My college has no placement record till date. My college provides a good environment, but does not place any student through the college placement cell. The hostel condition in my college is very bad

Students who have secured more than 50 % in both classes 10 and 12 apply for this course. You can find the application form on the Allahabad university officials' website. Seats are reserved for sc/st obc and ews students. I want to see a change in the entrance exam pattern.

You have to qualify CUET Exam for B.Sc maths and have to be in the required marks up to which the cut-off goes but from this year you can also take direct admission. Application forms could be found on the official website of Allahabad university. When I took admission the fee was 1700 but now as per the new rules fees have been increased. Application dates have been closed now the cut-off is going to come in a few days. Reservation is given as per the rules of the government. The admission process is good but still, there are many changes that should occur in it.
