SM Shetty College Admission 2024: Merit List, Dates, Courses, Eligibility

The application process for admission to degree courses offered by the college is done as per University of Mumbai guidelines. Prospective candidates can register online through the University of Mumbai website. The subsequent step is to apply at the college level. The application process in details is as follows:

• Candidates must visit the college campus and purchase the application form from the admission office by paying the application fee in cash.
• All relevant columns in the application form must be filled correctly with accurate details. The applicant must also ensure that the completed application form is duly signed and photograph attached, before submission.
• At the time of registration with the University of Mumbai, the candidates will receive a Submission Copy and a Student Copy of the registration form.
• The submission copy has to be attached to the application form of the institute, and the Student Copy must be retained by the candidate for future correspondence.

Note: Candidates from outside Maharashtra must submit their original Migration Certificate at IDOL (University of Mumbai) within the stipulated deadlines. They must obtain Eligibility Certificate from the University which must be submitted to the institute at the time of submission of the completed application form.

Documents Checklist:

• Photocopies of 10th & 12th standard mark-sheets
• Photocopies of graduation (all three years) mark-sheets (if applicable)
• Photocopy of Reserved Category status (if applicable)
• Submission Copy of registration with University of Mumbai
• 10th & 12th std. school leaving & passing certificates
• Graduation/ Degree certificates
• Eligibility Certificate (for students other than MH State Board)
• Transfer Certificate
• Any other document deemed necessary
