Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College & Hospital was established in 1989 and became a constituent unit of the Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) in April 1996. Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College offers undergraduate (BDS) program and postgraduate (MDS) program in eight specializations.

Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College & Hospital offers a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree program at the undergraduate level. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to this course is a pass in 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Biotechnology as compulsory subjects and Mathematics or any other subject as optional along with English as a core. Candidates are additionally required to have secured at least 50% aggregate marks in PC&B/Biotech combined. Selection of candidates is done on the basis of NEET UG score.

Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College & Hospital offers a Master in Dental Surgery (BDS) degree program at the postgraduate level. The specializations offered under the MDS program include Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge, Periodontology, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics, Oral Pathology & Microbiology, Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Oral Medicine & Radiology and Paedodontics & Preventive Dentistry. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the MDS program is a BDS degree from a dental college recognized by the Dental Council of India.
Selection of the candidates is done on the basis of their NEET-MDS score.
Aspiring candidates may fill the online application for NEET-MDS and appear for the respective entrance exam. It is mandatory for all candidates to secure at least 50% marks in the entrance test. Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College accepts applications from eligible candidates in offline mode. Candidates seeking admission to any of the courses offered by the institute may purchase the information brochure and application form from the institute campus. However, candidate needs to appear and register for NEET UG and NEET MDS entrance examination. The application process in details is as follows:
- The applicant must fill the application form attached to the rear end of the information brochure.
- The application form must be filled by the candidate in his/ her own handwriting, using a ball pen.
- The applicant must attach latest passport-size colour photograph on the application form and cross-sign over it.
- Attach the Xerox copies of all the required documents along with application form.
