Indira Gandhi Institute of Dental Sciences Pondicherry BDS : Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December, 2016. Date of birth entered in the Mark Statement of HSC/CBSE/ISC or its equivalent Examinations or in the Birth Certificate or Passport shall be taken for computing the age of the candidates.

Candidates for admission to the first year BDS Degree Course should have passed the H.Sc. (Academic) examination conducted by the Board of Higher Examination of Tamil Nadu or any other equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (40% for SC) in the following subjects English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology).

Important Note?: Mere qualifying in NEET (I & II) does not confer any right to the candidate for admission in BDS Course. The selection and admission of candidates to BDS course in Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth is subject to fulfilling the admission criteria, eligibility, All India rank in NEET (UG-2016) merit list, medical fitness and such other criteria as may be prescribed by the Government of India, MCI/DCI and Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth.
