Admissions at AIGS Bangalore are both merit and entrance-based. The admission criteria of the college varies from course to course. For admission to the MBA/ PGDM the candidate needs to appear for any of these entrance exams and provide the scorecard for the admission process is based on MAT / KMAT / PGCET / CMAT scores.

AIGS is endowed with world-class physical, technological and academic infrastructure and provides conducive learning ambience to its students.

• Library: The institute has a well-stocked library with a collection of 80,885 volumes in 17,571 titles.
• Infrastructure: Presence of several state-of-the-art classrooms, well-equipped laboratories and a computer centre with a high-speed internet connection.
• Health Care: It has a dedicated health centre with qualified staff and good medical facilities to cater to the requirements of students, staff and faculty.
• Sports: The institute has several sports grounds and has facilities for football, volleyball, basketball, lawn tennis, throwball, handball, kho-kho, kabaddi, and racing. Indoor sports facilities include provisions for sports like table tennis, chess, carom, etc. The students also have access to a fully equipped gymnasium.
• Hostel: Acharya Halls of Residence runs 12 residences (5 for boys and 7 for girls), with the capacity for 1500 residents. There are single, double, three bedded rooms and common areas with TV and newspaper for the residents.
