Online:

The following are the steps to be followed for applying online:

• Visit the official website of SRM Institute and click on the “Admission” button and then on the “Admission India – Apply” button.
• Further, click on the “All Programs – Apply Now” button.
• Register as a new user.
• Fill out the application form accurately.
• Application fee for online applications is INR 1000 which can be paid online.
• Upload the necessary documents and submit the application.

Offline:

The following steps are to be followed by candidates who are applying offline:

• Visit the official website of SRM Institute and click on the “Admission” button and then on the “Admission India – Apply” button.
• Further, click on the “All Programs – Apply Now” button.
• Register as a new user.
• Fill out the application form accurately.
• Download the filled out application form.
• The application fee for offline applications is INR 1060 and can be paid through a Demand Draft, drawn in favour of SRMIST payable at Chennai.

Documents to be submitted for verification of the BDS course:

• NEET UG Admit Card
• NEET UG Result / Rank letter
• Date of birth certificate
• 10th standard marks sheet
• 12th standard marks sheet
• 12th standard pass certificate
• 10 recent passport size photographs, same as the ones affixed on the application form
• Provisional Allotment Letter, which is generated online
• Proof of Identity – Aadhar Card
• Transfer Certificate
• Conduct Certificate
• Community Certificate (if applicable)
• Migration Certificate
• NRI Document to verify NRI Status

Documents to be submitted for verification of the MDS course:

• 10th standard marks sheet
• 12th standard marks sheet
• Bachelor’s degree certificate and marks sheets
• Proof of NRI status (if applicable)
• Copy of passport of the applicant (personal details page)
• Copy of passport of parent/sponsor (personal details page)
• Soft copy of the latest passport size colour photograph
