• Candidates must visit the college website/premises to download/collect the application form.
• Fill up the form correctly and attach the following documents:
  1. 10th and 10+2-mark sheet along with the passing certificate.
  2. Migration and Character Certificate.
  3. UG Degree Mark Sheet (for Diploma Courses).
  4. Gap Certificate (in any).
  5. Caste certificate (OBC/SC/ ST).
  6. Proof of annual income of Parents from all sources (in the case of Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) quota candidates & SC candidates. (If applicable).
  7. 4 passport-sized Photographs.
  8. Medical Certificate.

• The application form should be sent/ submitted in person along with the requisite fee through Demand Draft/ cash to the following address:

• Upon receiving the documents, the college will inform the applicants to appear for the required entrance test, counselling and complete the admission formalities.
• Failing which the admission of candidate stands cancelled and the seats may be allotted to another eligible candidate.
• Candidates should carry the Original documents along with the admission fee and self-attested photocopies of the documents for verification purpose.
