Central India College of Law and LLM Admission 2023 for 5 Year LLB courses are open. Candidates can register for the 5 year LLB course through MAHACET Counselling portal till June 27, 2023. Merit list will be displayed on June 30, 2023. Also LLB 3 year CAP registrations will begin from June 26, 2023 till July 3, 2023.
The Central India College of Law and LLM is one of India’s finest institutions imparting education in the field of legal studies. The college is located at Nagpur in Maharashtra and affiliated to the RTM University, Nagpur.
The college offers 2 undergraduate courses-a three-year LL.B course and a five-year B.A.LL.B course. Besides these 2 courses, Central India College of Law also offers LLM programs with specializations in Intellectual Property Laws, Business Law, Criminal Law and Constitutional and Administrative Law. In partnership with the Asian School of Cyber Laws, the college conducts six-month Diploma courses in Cyber Laws, Intellectual Property Law and Corporate Law.

The Central India College of Law and LLM offers undergraduate B.A.LL.B and LL.B degree courses of five-year and three-year duration respectively. Candidates applying to the B.A.LL.B course must secure at least 45% (40% for SC/ST candidates) aggregate marks in 10+2 examinations. For the LL. B course, the applicant must complete graduation with at least 45% (40% for reserved category candidates) aggregate marks in order to be eligible for admission.
The college admits 50% candidates through LSAT and 50% through counselling conducted by RTM University. Eligible candidates can obtain application forms from the college and they must clearly mention the LSAT-India Registration Number in the space provided for.
LSAT test scores are transmitted to the college and final selection is done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and entrance test scores. Maharashtra candidates or those who have studied in institutions affiliated to RTM University may have to go through the entrance exam conducted by RTM University for Law courses.
The university may conduct an online entrance examination (CET Law) on the request of the Principal of the institution for admission of candidates who have secured 40% marks and above in the qualifying exam. The college admits students based on the academic performance and entrance exam score of the applicant.

The Central India College of Law and LLM offers a three-year postgraduate (LL.M) course approved by the Bar Council of India. Students can choose from a number of specializations like Intellectual Property Laws, Business Law, Criminal Law and Constitutional and Administrative Law. Candidates must successfully complete graduation in law (B.A.LL.B/LL.B) in order to be eligible for admission to the LL.M program.
Candidates are admitted directly to the LL.M course on the basis of academic merit. Students are taken in 4 groups of 25 students each. Candidates can obtain the application form from the college and clearly mention their educational details including their LSAT India scores. Students who have studied in institutions affiliated to RTM University or those who are domiciled residents of Maharashtra and have appeared for the CET Law exam must mention the score in the application form. Final selection is done on the basis of a student’s academic performance and a merit list of selected applicants is released by the college.
