Institute of Professional Excellence & Management (IPEM) is a prestigious educational institution imparting quality education in the fields of management, computer science, education and law. The college was established under the aegis of Laksh Educational Society in the year 1996, in Ghaziabad, U.P. The institute is affiliated to Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) and CSS University, Meerut.
Institute of Professional Excellence & Management (IPEM) offers a plethora of UG and PG courses in various disciplines. Institute offers MBA, PGDM & MCA at PG level, these courses approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (APJAKTU), Lucknow.
At undergraduate level the institute offers BBA, BCA, LL.B. and integrated BA-LLB programs, approved by Bar Council of India. The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), Basic teacher Certificate (BTC) programs are approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), and all these courses are affiliated to the Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.
- Candidates are required to apply through their respective CET portals before filling the application form on the institute level.
- Only online mode of application and fee payment is allowed for UPSEE candidates.
- UPSEE application fee is Rs.1200 for General category candidates. For SC/ST candidates, application fee is Rs.600/- only.
- Candidates must pass 10+2 in science stream with minimum 45% marks for admission to BBA, BCA and BA-LL.B. programs.
- LL.B., B.Ed., B.T.C. candidates must have a graduate degree with minimum 45% marks.
- PGDM, MBA and MCA candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks.
- M.Ed. candidates must have a B.Ed. / B.El.Ed. Degree with 55% minimum marks.
- B.Ed. MCA, and M.Ed. candidates are selected on the basis of marks scored in UPSEE .
- PGDM and MBA candidates are selected on the basis of CAT/MAT/CMAT score.
- Seats are reserved for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per norms set by the Government of Uttar Pradesh.

IPEM Ghaziabad UG Admission 2023
Institute of Professional Excellence and Management offers undergraduate level degree and certificate programs in the field of Management, Technology, Education and Law. Selection of candidates is done on several parameters such as UPSEE exam, CSS University selection process, UP State Govt. regulations and norms set by the Bar Council of India.
All candidates are required to download and fill the institute level application form by visiting the institute’s official website or collecting it in person from the institute admission cell by paying the prescribed application fee.

IPEM Ghaziabad PG Admission 2022
The institute offers postgraduate level degree and diploma programs in the field of management, computer science and education. Candidates seeking admission to the various programs offered by IPEM, Ghaziabad can apply though their respective CET portals though online and offline mode. Payment of the application fee can be made via various payment modes such as credit/debit card, net banking, cash deposit, demand draft etc. Candidates applying for direct admission (or with CAT/ MAT/ CMAT score) must collect the application form from the institute website by paying the application fee.

IPEM Ghaziabad Application Process 2023
The application process for admission to IPEM, Ghaziabad, varies from course to course. Candidates applying through UPTU entrance exam can follow the following application procedure:
- Application to the UPSEE can be made Online only. Candidates are required to fill the Application Form Online through the official website of the UPSEE & filling all the requisite particulars.
- The candidate must read the Information Brochure carefully, check his/her eligibility and applicable reservation category etc. before filling and submitting the application form.
- Application fee payment must be done online via credit/ debit card or net-banking. No other mode of payment is allowed.
- All candidates must appear for UPSEE and should secure the minimum qualifying percentile in order to be eligible for counselling and seat allotment.
- Candidates should keep the printout of the Confirmation page for record.
- There is no age limit for admission to the courses covered in UPSEE.

Note: A weightage of 3% of the total marks obtained at UPSEE is given to General (Open category) candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from an institution situated in rural area of Uttar Pradesh.
