The college offers both under-graduate courses under various disciplines. The duration of the UG courses is three years. The college requires the passing certificate from a recognized board of education. Following are the eligibility criteria for each course:

DAV Bathinda Selection Process

The selection process for any course is as follows:

Selection is done purely on the basis of merit.
Merit list is declared by the institute of the selected candidates.
The selected candidates are required to submit the documents and application form (with originals) for verifications.
The acceptance of the student is granted after ensuring the validity of the submitted documents.
Selected candidates are then required to pay the college fees in the stipulated time. In case of failure to do so the admission will be revoked.

Shiv Chand Gupta Scholarship for needy students. The scholarship is provided on the basis of an interview.
Scholarship for needy and brilliant students by Nishkam Sikh Welfare Council, New Delhi. The scholarship is provided on the basis on a written test.
Guru Ravidass Educational Assistance Trust provides financial aid to students from poor communities.
Students belonging to the Minority Communities can apply for Scheme of Post-Matric Scholarship.
