Applicants must register and apply for MH CET Law exam followed by counselling by DTE, Maharashtra.

• Candidates need to visit the official website of DTE Maharashtra.

• Click on the link “Click here for New Registration” on the home page

• Aspirants must fill the valid details for registration.

• After filing the above details, candidates will be provided a unique registration number and password for future login.
• They will also receive an Email or SMS containing the registration number and password to the registered mobile number or E-Mail Id.
• Candidates now need to login with the unique id and password that was allotted to them for the further process of application.
• Further, applicants will have to fill personal and qualification details.
• Click on ‘Validate your details’ and ‘Save and Next’ button to validate the details filled-in the application.
• After this, candidates need to upload the scanned image of signature and photograph.
• Click on the Preview tab and verify the application form before final submission.
• Click on ‘Submit’ button for final submission.
• Proceed to make payment by clicking on ‘Payment’ tab.
• Candidates must preserve the e-receipt which will be generated after the successful completion of payment process.
• The application fee is to be paid through online mode only.
• Candidates can deposit the fee using Credit/ Debit cards/ Internet banking/IMPS/cash cards/mobile wallet.
• Application fee for open category, outside Maharashtra and J & K candidates is INR 800, whereas for reserved category is INR 400.

At the time of admission, candidates must submit following documents:

• SSC Mark sheet
• HSC mark sheet
• MHT CET- Law score card
• Caste certificate
• Domicile certificate
• Migration certificate/ Transfer Certificate
• Non creamy layer certificate
• Provisional Eligibility Certificate for Other Than Maharashtra State (OMS) candidates
