MMC College offers admission to MBBS course under State as well as NEET-UG (All India Quota) score. 15% seats are reserved for NEET-UG qualified candidates.
85% seats under State Quota are offered on the basis of merit in 10+2 (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Zoology) reduced to the scale of 200 marks. Final admission is granted on the basis of counselling under a single window system.

Admission is offered on the basis of entrance examination conducted by Directorate of Medical Education, Chennai. The cutoff for these courses is published on September 30th of every year as scheduled by Supreme Court of India.
Final admission is offered on the basis of two merit lists i.e. Open Merit List and Service Merit list. Merit lists will be prepared by considering the marks obtained in the entrance, experience & qualifying examination. These marks will be calculated to a maximum of 100 (90 in entrance+ 10 as Work Experience).
