GSEB HSC Registration 2023
It is mandatory for every school to register for the exams online through the GSEB Board official website. The registration process for schools is expected to commence in November 2023. Candidates are suggested to apply for GSEB HSC Exams through their respective schools. The registration form should be filled and submitted online on the official website of the Gujarat Board. The candidates are supposed to fill the application form as prescribed by the school authorities. The candidates who are appearing privately should also register through an institute recognized by the GSEB.

Gujarat Board has released the admit cards for the HSC general exam candidates. The GSEB HSC admit card is available for download on the official website gseb.org. However, students can not download their admit cards directly. Schools will download the hall tickets and provide them to the students. The steps to download the GSEB admit card are as follows:

GSEB HSC Exam Pattern 2023
GSEB has released the exam pattern for HSC board exams 2023. The Board in its academic calendar for the year 2022-23 announced no reduction in the curriculum for Classes 9-12. For the AY 2022-23, the earlier examination pattern of 2019-20 would be followed. Moreover, for board exams of Classes 10 and 12, the entire curriculum would be included. The duration of each exam is 3 hours. Students can score a maximum of 100 marks in their GSEB HSC exams. Students appearing for GSEB Class 12 exams are recommended to go through the exam pattern along with the Gujarat Board Class 12 Syllabus.
- According to the GSEB HSC exam pattern, the exam will be conducted offline as a pen and paper-based exam.

- No negative marking criteria will apply for this exam. The maximum marks in a subject will be 100 and minimum passing marks is 33% for both sectional and aggregate.

GSEB HSC Syllabus 2023
Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board released the GSEB HSC syllabus for students on its official website. As per the examination schedule, this time the board will follow the old exam pattern, i.e., the exam pattern before the COVID pandemic. This means that the exam will be based on the entire syllabus beginning this academic year, with no reductions. Questions coming in the first term's exam will be based on the syllabus taught from June to September, and the second term will cover the syllabus taught from June to January.
