Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their rank in MAH B.Ed CET 2020 for admissions to their desired institute. MAH B.Ed CET 2023 Tie Breaker
Tie Breaker is considered for the generation of the merit list in case two or more candidates score equal marks and percentile. The merit list is generated by calculation of percentile among the candidates aspiring for the Maharashtra State Seats and for the All India Seats and J&K Migrant Seats. The following order of preference is considered while preparation of merit list during a tie-breaker:
The following order of preference is considered for calculation of the relative merit in case of an equal score and equal percentile by the candidate in MAH B.Ed CET 2023:
In the case of an equal score and equal percentile of the candidate in MAH B.Ed CET 2023, the following sequence of preference is considered for determining the merit list for the candidates:
- Candidates with higher percentage of aggregate marks scored in the higher secondary (Std. XII) or any equivalent examination will get preference, if the tie exists then
- Candidates with higher percentage of the marks scored in the aggregate at the Senior Secondary (Std. X) or its equivalent examination shall be preferred; if the tie still persists then
- Birth date of the candidate i.e. candidates who are older in age will be considered.
