Munich Business School (MBS) is a renowned international business school and the first private university recognized in Bavaria. The school is popular for offering degrees exclusively in business administration. Munich Business School Campus and Accommodations

Munic Business School does not offer on-campus housing to its students, but it assists the students to get residence. Students participate in various on-campus student organizations. They engage in charitable projects, organize extracurricular events, and organize joint activities with invited international students. Munic Business School student clubs including MBS helps MBS sports, MBS Entrepreneurship Society, MBS get2gether, MBS Film Club, MBS Film Debate Club, and MBS International.

Munich Business School Accommodation

The average monthly rent for student accommodation in Munich is about 280 Euro (~24,300 INR). Due to limited space, only about 13% of students live in student housing. The majority of students in the school live in private rooms. Munich Business School does not offer on-campus housing to its students, but it assists the students to find off-campus accommodation.

Munich Business School Programs

Munich Business School offers programs at the UG and PG level, DBA Doctor of Business Administration, and part-time and full-time MBA General Management Program. Munich Business School Admission Process

Munich Business School observes a step by step admission policy. Students need to apply for the programs with required documents and later go through an interview session. Following are the admission details.

Step 1: Written Application

Application documents: For taking admission an applicant must submit their application, along with the given mandatory documents :

  • Motivation letter (pages 1 to 2)
  • A current CV
  • A copy of the official academic transcript indicating your final grade *
  • English proficiency proof (TOEFL 85, IELTS 6.5, ELS 112)
  • Copy of your passport details page (with photo)
  • Latest passport size photo
  • Completed application form

Step 2: Personal interview

The interview lasts approximately 45-60 minutes, and it will help you and the MBS to determine if your profile is being developed with the study plan and class. Of course, this interview will also allow you to ask any questions you may have.

Step 3: Study Contract

The Admissions Office notifies you of the end of the application process within 10 working days. If accepted, the Music Business School will provide you with an acceptance letter and two copies of your thesis agreement. A copy must be returned within two weeks of signing up to secure your place in the program. The other copy should be kept to your records.

The acceptance of the inspection plan requires registration 690 Euro (EU / EFTA), registration fee of 1,490 Euro(non-EU), and 1,000 Euro after the signing of the inspection agreement, respectively. The deposit will be deducted from your first tuition fee.

Step 4: Student Visa

If you are a non-EU national, you must apply for an EU student visa to begin your studies in Germany. To obtain a Visa Invitation Letter from the Music Business School, take the following steps:

  • Sign the inspection agreement you signed and a copy of your passport details page.
  • Replace the deposit of 1,000. This amount will be deducted from the first-semester tuition.

Munich Business School Scholarships

The Munich business school offers attractive scholarships in Germany. The MBA scholarship is intended for future MBA students who have achieved exceptional achievements during their professional life. These students receive scholarships of 5 to 25% of tuition fees. The request for one of the scholarships is made with the request for a place at the university.

BAföG services are offered as a free subsidy with no fees, while the other half is an interest-free loan, and part of the loan repayment may be canceled depending on the duration and completion of the study. BAföG support is currently available at EUR 735 per month and is in principle limited to the standard study period for the respective education program.

No, German language skills are not required for admission to Munich Business School. However, as an international student seeking admission, you must provide proof of English skills by passing any one of the following English Proficiency Tests - TOEFL iBT (85: at least 22 in writing band and a minimum of 20 scores in all other bands), ELS English (Level 112), IELTS (6.5), etc.
