Business informatics deals with questions at the interface between computer science and business administration. In companies, the two areas mostly meet in the IT department. As a business IT specialist, students work there on topics such as logistics, production and corporate communication. Students use IT systems for this.
So students organize processes and ensure that they are optimally supported by computers and software. Students should also be able to solve technical as well as business tasks and be able to respond to their interlocutors.
