In the master’s program in Business Administration / Company Management, comprehensive business knowledge is taught. This enables graduates to apply scientific methods and insights to company-specific problems and develop suggestions for solutions.
In addition, the focus is on the students’ social and practical professional skills; high standards are set for their ability to work in teams and decision-making skills even in complex situations.
Students are also to be sensitized for the special problems of small, mid-sized, and technology-oriented companies.

Overall grades between 2.1 - 3.0 (German grading scale) go into the selection process.
Overall grades lower than 3.0 cannot be admitted.
