Programs, Campus and Residence
- The university offers a limited number of degree programs. They offer only 1 academic undergraduate program in Business Administration and 3 academic masters program along with a Ph.D.
- They also have a full time preparatory course for the students who do not meet the criteria to study in Germany, for which they are sent to their Berlin Campus and are asked to follow with this 12 month course.
- The average monthly rent is about 300-400 € for a furnished single room in a student dorm, about 400-600 € for a studio apartment and about 400-700 € for a single apartment in a student apartment house (depending on size, comfort and district)

- 31st March(Recommended)
- 31st May for Fall Semester(Sept-Dec)
- 31st October for Spring Semester (Jan-May)
Admission Requirements
- First degree certificate including your GPA usually in the field of business or economics from a recognized university or college (only graduate students)
- Academic Records (only undergraduate students)
- Semester wise detailed university transcript, listing the subjects and grades; the document should have an explanation of the grading system of your country(maximum grade, minimum passing grade).
- For non-native English speaker there is a need to prove your proficiency in English through TOEFL (587/240/95) or IELTS (band 6.5) or ERASMUS language proficiency form (level C1) in order to participate in the classes at KLU. KLU will also conduct short telephone interviews with the nominees to assess their English skills.
- Statement of Purpose of 2000 characters for both undergraduate and postgraduate students as per KLU standards.

Financial Aid
- The University provides merit-based scholarships for students with very high academic achievement. These scholarships cover up to 100% of tuition.
- Additionally, they also offer a high school exchange scholarship for students that participated in an exchange semester (minimum of five months).
- KLU has set up an innovative financing plan called Brain Capital. This plan could cover up to 100% of the cost of tuition for the BSc program. The degree can be pursued without having to pay tuition that exceeds your budget. In return, you will commit to an income-dependent repayment plan after graduation.
