The non-teaching staff is pathetic. The book issuer lady acts like she is so busy even if she is totally free and unnecessarily takes too much time of students/parents. The helpline number is also like that cuts the call without proper answers.

I had purchased history course and I had issues regarding the course. Then I called rayat helpline so many times, but they didn't respond...... I personally like the way kudale sir teaches, but online service is one of the worst service I have ever seen
