Yellow River Chinese Academy

The Yellow River Chinese academy is the best way to learn Mandarin for business and general conversation! Shraddha, the head of the academy, conducted a language seminar for a group of individuals who would be traveling to South East Asia for a training program. I was happy to see the members extremely enthused and proactive throughout the session and they all came out of the seminar with a strong grasp on the basics of the language. Shraddha is an extremely good professional and an amazing communicator. I recommend YRC to anyone interested in the language.

I had the best time learning HSK Level- 1 from Shraddha maam. Her commitment to teaching successfully is evident in the support she provides to each student. The use of new teaching methods like Kahoot for quizzes is very helpful with her classes being student-centered. Excellent classes for learning Chinese.

I joined the HSK-1 course this year(2024) for online batch and I am so glad I did. Shraddha Losh de teaching and her method of making us understand including the difficult topics is so good. Due to her encouragement, the language felt easy and interesting. Even though it was online sessions it didn't affect my learning as she helped each one of us(students) a lot. I took part in Yellow River, Chinese Academy's, bite-size mandarin course over four weeks in the month of February 2024 in person. Losh(Teacher in mandarin) Shraddha made the entire experience, very fun, filled engaging and simplified what in the beginning seemed like a very complex language. At the end of just 8 classes I was able to recognize several characters understand sentences. She was speaking to us, and we were able to respondin short sentences with the correct Chinese tones. We worked on listening, speaking reading, and some writing in the homework, which was provided to us, along with basic opinion, handouts, and the class structure so that you can revise on your own. She also shared several cultural insights about the history of the language, the origin of characters and Chinese culture, which I found very intriguing. The class was very interactive, and was a very interesting group to learn with. She makes it easy by giving several examples and analogies to Indian languages that the group knows so that it's easier to understand remember and pronounce. I can't wait to take my next course with her. I highly recommend going to yellow River Chinese Academy. If you're interested in learning, Mandarin!

Joining YRCA was a bit hasty decision. But it turned out to be one of the best.This short course renewed my interest in Chinese language. Shraddha ma'am is very professional. Her courses are very comprehensive, well designed. She gives practical knowledge about Chinese Language and culture. Interesting thing about her method is that she explains logical and cultural aspects behind sentence structures and grammar patterns of the language. Her classroom is very interactive.
