Took help from them for Schengen visa and got rejected. I approached Himanshi from SS international through Google and she was helpful throughout the process. But my honest (really honest) opinion after reflecting back on this process is that If you want to apply for a Schengen visa then better to apply yourself. These agents have template version of everything e.g. cover letter, itinerary etc. which doesn't bring out your personal reasons for travel and increases the chances for rejection. I guess they do help with finding an appointment slot for you as they have a team of people searching for a slot continuously but ultimately you apply for the visa to be accepted and not rejected. And with a little research online you will be able to apply yourself, I went to them because I made the mistake of booking my flight before the visa and was against a clock. But truth be told, they have more of study visa experience than Schengen visa. Money I paid to the agent and for visa application all gone to waste, which is very disappointing.
