This is the one and only institute all over India first time explicitly mentioned about commitment to results . I learnt lot of valuable things from Vinay Sir which is applicable not only for UPSC aspirants more than that for life. Though I retired from taking up Civil Service Examinations, I am still remembering his words when confusion arises in path of my career progression and lastly I , request to Vinay Sir that please don't expect more than this from my side. Thank You Sir For Your every contribution that I am reaping benefits now and also in future.

I have been with Vinay Sir since 3 years and these three years have transformed me in and out. The institution itself has been evolving from time to time to serve the needs of the aspirants to their fullest potential. It provides an easy, simple and disciplined system to ace the Civil Services Exam in a structured manner. There is sincere effort to help every aspirant to reach his full potential and clear the exam with ease and grace. As the famous adage goes 'Well Begun is Half Done', the day at IAS Winnishers starts with Yoga and it helps an aspirant to enhance her/his efficiency and effectiveness of the day. Any aspirant with genuine interest to become a Civil Servant will feel it his home and I am definitely one among them. The relationship that Vinay Sir or Swetha Ma'am carries with the students is not transactional as like that of any conventional coaching classes. It is not like I have paid some fees and in return I attend the classes and go home. It is much much beyond that. Vinay Sir and Swetha Ma'am are accesible to help at any point of time for the wellbeing of the student. I have benefitted immensely under both of their guidance and the fees I have paid becomes amoebic infront of their contribution in my life. I have grown leaps and bounds as a human being under them and the journey continues for life. Clearing Civil Services Exam happens with ease and grace when I transform myself as a human being who can become an IAS officer. Anyone with genuinity, searching for an institution or a Guru to help them in their journey to become an IAS Officer will find IAS Winnishers as the best place for them.

If anyone asks me about right place for preparing for civil services exam then my only suggestion will be IAS winnishers institute.if anyone asks me about any coach for succes in life (irrespective of aspirant or not) then my only suggestion will be Vinay sir. meeting sir was turning point of my life,not only because i got more aware about the process of preperation i became aware about myself,my potential and my purpose. and if you are serious about yourself than just dont waste your time and attempts by ramdomly following a test series or reading any magazine. have strong foundation and more importantly work on your personality. as every student have his/her own specialities so there is no one size fits all approach. and i dont think any institute is providing such a personalised programme and doing whats exactly best for you. and vinay sir is the best coach and also the best teacher having such vast knowledge and experience . i wish i had met sir earlier

Honest review after experiencing it first hand. As a teacher I think no one comes close to sir. Made easy programmes are best anyone could ask for. But it's not the same in rest of the days. It's complete opposite of what he tells in class. He's an NLP coach and asks students to approach him for any problems. But when you approach him with real problems he'll ask you to contact another NLP coach who's known to him. He may deny it and people may believe him again and again. But that's what I ve experienced and I don't generalise here. I joined with highest of expectations thinking it would chang my life. Well it did in one way not to blindly trust anyone without knowing. Well that's one of the lessons I've learnt being a student in Bellary. The one on ones he promises rarely happen. And personally after 3 months I never got one on one with him. The reason I joined institute was for my optional preparation and sadly not even one class was taken or talked about optional. Which cost me dear in my mains. He talked about refunding if you're leaving in one of the class and when you ask this to him he said he's never spoken about it. And most importantly 90000 for 3 months for his classes that is 30k per month which according to him was less. There's no refunding. He did give back 10k which according to him was a good will gesture. The person who asked me to join the institute left earlier than myself. So fault lies with myself too. And TRUST ME NO ONE IS GOING TO CLEAR UPSC MY PUTTING THEIR PRESSURE ON OTHER PERSON. BECAUSE IN THE END ITS YOU WHO HAS TO WRITE AND ENDURE IT. This is my personal and honest opinion. Thanks for the good things and bad things.
