The institution lacks basic respect and appreciation for its teachers, their efforts, and time. There is a significant disparity between workload and compensation. Management and coordination among higher authorities such as the Principal and coordinators are severely lacking. Basic amenities such as electricity, water, and refreshments for teachers are not provided adequately. Hygiene standards, particularly in washrooms, are subpar. The institution prioritizes extracurricular activities over academics, even at the higher secondary level. Teachers are not given proper notice periods. Policies and conditions are often arbitrary and unreasonable. Overall, higher authorities demonstrate a lack of consideration for the well-being of the staff.

The only thing that made this school tolerable was the people. My peers and teachers helped me everytime i needed help. But when it came to communication, this school was horrible. They send a single email or a message in the parents account of schoology to the parents without informing the students. Some parents have work and have more important things to do rather than check schoology every single day. The school fees is ridiculously high for such a horrible school. Even some teachers also agreed that this school was not a good place to work as there's absolutely no coordination. If you're looking for a school for your ward. Please skip over ekya itpl. I do not recommended it to anybody

They have constructed a playground near the school in the residential area, and there is a significant amount of loud noise emanating from it between 8 AM and 3 PM. Children playing in the area create a considerable disturbance. I am left wondering how they obtained permission to build a playground in such close proximity to residential premises. There seems to be no control over the noise levels, and it has made the lives of nearby residents quite difficult and unpleasant.
